Yes, 13 and under should have a parental guardian with them at the convention. Now, we would probably accept if you're going to be there with someone else's family, and their parents are willing to assume responsibility for you. It's a liability thing for us, you have to have a parent with you when you register, and because you're under 13, they'll have to be at the convention when you are.
-
If your 13-17 do you only need them to to register with you? They don't have to be at the con grounds, or do they still? (If I remember, last year you just needed the okay from your parent/guardian to be there.)

You should probably have read the other thread: Policy on Minors

That thread seemed to quote the policy that had Sakuracon, but didn't say an established one for Kumori. I only posted in this thread because of the other thread turning into something else :D

if you have a friend that 18 thenget your parents to write a note saying that they are your gaurdian for the day... i wrote pezcat and they said that would work out ok

Our minor's policy is the same as SakuraCon's. For attendees 13-17, there is the Minor Consent Form (http://www.kumoricon.org/custom/media/Minor-Consent-Form.jpg). Copies of this will also be available online shortly, as well as at the convention.

i need to get 4 of those so when do you think they'll be up?
-
If you click on 'minor consent form' in my previous post you can access it, there will also be forms available at the convention.
