Besides Kumoricon? Hm, that would have to be Cosplay.com and Cosplay Lab. (Cosplay.com's forum is very helpful!)

The only other forums I read (cosplay related) are cosplay.com and the Sakura-Con forums, though I use Janchan's site (http://www.janchan.com/) a lot as well.

I love visiting cosplaylab.com, cosplay.com, angelicstar.net, livejournal.com/community/cosplay, http://www.geocities.com/wenchcosplay/(even though it doesn't seem to be working)

And such... Probably where everyone else most frequents.
