Are they gonna sell them at the con the box has a girl with blonde hair and pig tails and have to blue ribbons i think its called da capo idk

That would totally depend on the vendors who attend. Kcon doesn't have any say whether any of them would sell it. But, could you give a bit more information about what they are, maybe a link to a picture online somewhere? Then someone could provide an educated guess, especially based on fresh memories of the Sakuracon exhibitors' hall.

In Da Capo, the character you're speaking of is Yoshino Sakura, I think.

I watched the show over a year ago, so my memory isn't 100% sure.

That should be correct though.
