Title: Requesting Cosplay Help

I am looking to cosplay as Luitenant Hughes from "Full Metal Alchamest"
I Have scoured the net and can find no screen caps of any kind.  Any assistance would be of great help
(my mother is a seamstress but she needs pictures and measurments in order to make the suit)

You might be better off asking in the discussion boards of cosplay.com.
There are hundreds of cosplayers that read those boards regularly and I'm sure someone will have some ideas for you.
