Title: Formal Ball/ Rave

First time attending these i understand the dress code for the Ball, but for the rave do they supply the glow sticks? Any thing I should know about Both of them?

I too am curious about the glow sticks. I was gonna buy some, but if I don't need to, then I won't spend the money.
