What should be on my "need to see" list?
Full metal alchemist, bleach, blue exorcist, fruits basket, and tsubasa reservoir chronicle are some I enjoyed
just to tell you where I'm at

There are more in the last year+ that would be a matter of personal taste. I am sad that this thread hasn't had more traffic. Kumoricon fandom seems to have abandoned actually watching amine -- witness the empty viewing rooms at each year's con (if they even still exist).
