Title: Scheduling my shifts around an event

Is the con event schedule posted anywhere (i.e. Is there even a tentative schedule visible to staff)? My super is willing to let me schedule my shifts around the AMV contest & after-show so I may attend them, but I can't find the con schedule to lock down when that will be. I may be inconveniencing her and other volunteers if my availability changes too close to the con. (In other words, the event schedule is not just for curious attendees but also important for staff planning now in the run-up to the con).
