Title: Nominations for 2016 Member-Elected Board Positions

This thread is for tracking, posting, and replying to nominations and seconds for member-elected board positions. This first post will be updated as the status changes. People may post in this thread to nominate or second candidates, and candidates may respond to a nomination. For discussion or questions to candidates, please use the designated Q&A threads (https://www.kumoricon.org/forums/index.php?board=52.0) for each position instead.

Nominations must be seconded to be valid. You cannot nominate or second yourself. Once you have accepted a valid nomination by the deadline, you will be added to the list of candidates below. Once you are nominated and seconded, you may change your acceptance status at will until the nominations deadline of September 24, 2015, 11:59pm.

For general information about the elections meeting and process, see Elections Overview (https://www.kumoricon.org/forums/index.php?topic=19276.0).

After September 15, 11:59pm, all responses other than "Accept" ("Decline", "Defer", or "Not present") were changed to "Not accept". Candidates may still be nominated, and candidates may still change their responses after this date between "Accept" and "Not accept" until the final online nominations deadline of September 24, 2015, 11:59pm.

Since it is past the deadline, a vote for anyone who has not already been marked "Accept" will need to be by write-in.

Per the elections process document available to staff members (https://www.kumoricon.org/staff-login) (staff login required) detailing the elections meeting policy and procedure, late candidates may have speaking time along with the candidates on the ballot IF approved by at least 1/3 of those present (top of page 4).
