THIS is COOL! Especially when you think of how hard it is to explain the aerodynamics of insect flight (remember all those stories about how science could not explain how can bees fly?) then add the complexities of flapping wings (19th century designs failed ubiquitously; the Wright Bros. and Glenn Curtiss succeeded using fixed-wing designs.)
