So I want to do a my little pony panel, and I want to know if anyone is interested. I have the characters below
Pinkie pie
Twilight sparkle
I need
Apple jack
Fluttershy
Rainbow dash
and any background pony is welcome. Sunset shimmer is included in the list. She's just not a main 6 pony.

Awesome! I can definitely help out with panel advice. (I've done at least one panel every year since '08, including some at Sakuracon). I know that some of the other panelists from last year may want to help out, too. There's my ex (who was Princess Luna), and someone who sometimes frequents these forums that went as Princess Celestia. I think they both are planning to repeat, but the Celestia may be a Rainbow Dash... I don't remember.
As for the panel itself, what did you have in mind in terms of how to run it? Discussions? Games?
By the way, anyone else that wants to throw in their two cents about what to see happen (whether you want to be a panelist or not), please feel free to throw them in!
Last year, we had a Family Feud game for the all ages panel, and a custom trivia game for the adult panel. I was thinking about possibly doing Pictionary, but having the contestants draw with their mouths (just like the ponies do). The all ages had a custom Impromptu acting game towards the end; that was popular. We should definitely look at multiple game options and convert them to pony versions somehow.
As a recommendation, we may want to have at least one game offer up prizes. Last time, we had things like plushies, comics, I think a t-shirt, and pixie stix.
We tried to do sing-a-longs, but the selection of songs wasn't that great. We could also have a bit of the panels be a Q&A session. Something that I enjoyed doing was a pair of videos. One of them was the top five results for a Family Feud question left out of the game, and the other one was 6 bronies picking their favorite scene involving a specific member of the Mane 6. (I picked the one for Twilight).
Okay, I have to go now. I'm on break at work.

i think the games sound fun! i really want to do a Q&A. But pictionary sounds fun! As far as running a panel goes I just need some pointers. And whoever you know that might be interested tell them about it.

If your still interested I think I can pull together a fluttershy cosplay but that's if you need one. I love my little pony.

That's okay. As a head's up, we probably won't know for sure if we've been approved until mid-August, heavy emphasis on "probably."

It was confirmed on the Kumoricon website that confirmation on panels would be sent out sometime in July. *Is Twilight for this panel*

Still around and willing to still be fluttershy. Though let me know how where doing the outfits, will we match or how we just put the outfit together?

To my knowledge it's just putting the costumes together, if we match or don't match it's not an issue. I'll check with her tomorrow though to make sure though.

Yeah, there was a lot of submissions this year, it would seem. It will take some time before everyone is notified on whether or not they've been approved. Personally, so long as one MLP panel and one Stand-Up comedy panel gains approval, I'll be happy.

Yup ;U; I actually submitted a MLP panel too, so we'll see! I'll be happy to be RD and bring my AJ either way. If we do need a Rarity I have a Rarity as well. ^w^

So this panel was not accepted. when I submitted it I am not sure what happened. But I don't think it went through. The weird thing is i got a email confirming I sent it. But I have had nothing sense. :C

we do need a twilight btw so if any twi's wanted in ! ! tbh i might need another rainbow dash and applejack i kinda wanna back out lmao
