If you are not Relations staff, specifically, if you are not either the Director of Relations, or the Guest manager, please do NOT put "official" in the thread title, because it isn't. It just confuses people.

Did you guys know that you can actually forward your Guest Requests directly to the Relations staff?

More specifically, you can send them straight to me! This will help me track guest requests so I can be sure to get exactly who our attendees and staff want to see at Kumoricon.

Please email your request to guests@kumoricon.org, with "Guest Request" in the subject line.

I would also love it if they would invite cosplayers/cosplay groups!  I'd love to meet:

I'd love it if they started inviting/featuring other cosplayers as guests, too, because a lot of people really look up to those people and are inspired by them.  Anyone agree?

A few names I would like to request are:
Cherami Leigh
Yuri Lowenthal
Tara Platt
Natalie Hoover

I met all of these people earlier in the year while attending Anime California and Sac Anime.
Natalia used to attend Kumoricon before getting into voice work and I think it'd be cool to see her return as a guest. She hasn't done much work yet, but she's a great person to talk to and hopefully, she'll get a lot more roles in the future.
Cherami, Yuri and Tara are awesome people too and meeting them were definitely highlights of those two cons.

I talked to all of them about Pacific Northwest cons that I recommended including Kumoricon, and they each showed interest, especially Cherami.
Yuri and Tara said that they've been wanting to come, but had other stuff scheduled.
Hopefully, '15 will be different for them.

A few other names I'd be excited about seeing are Eric Vale, Greg Ayres, Jerry Jewell and Justin Cook.

With those requesting FDP, I remember seeing them post about a review for Kumoricon when they attended in 2009, and they weren't very happy about the experience. I've told them about how it's changed throughout the years, but now they have other conventions they go to around the time Kumoricon happens. :c I really wish they would return to Kumo because they were so awesome.
