I'm running the Vocaloid and Attack on Titan photo shoots.

Naruto shoot will probably be the same as last year. Days 1 2 and 3 and 6 pm in the usual place (the open space to the right when facing the gazebo and LOOKING at Subway).

The Hetalia Photoshoots will be on Saturday (Day 2) and one other day from 4PM-5:30PM at the Auditorium behind the Red Lion hotel.

Steven Universe meetup and photoshoot. 9/5/15 (Saturday). Located in the North East corner of the park (on the corner of 8th and Columbia). Time to be decided (but most likely after 1pm)

So far I've got Kingdom Hearts finalized
Friday, 1pm clock tower.
Also, if you can, we have the time slots for both Final Fantasy, and Squaresoft/Square-Enix.
Both als friday. One at 5pm the other at 8pm. I just don't know which one will be in which time slot. But is there a way you can just put both?
Like put
"Final Fantasy or Squaresoft/Square-Enix 5pm clock tower"
"Final Fantasy or Squaresoft/Square-Enix 8pm clock tower"
Then when I finalize which ones are at which slots, you can just make it say those 2? Because regardless, we are still using both times.

Saturday. 3PM. Location to be announced. But i think it'll likely be either the Clock Tower or the Small Gazebo.

Sunday. Noon. Clock Tower
But the time MIGHT change It's between noon and 2pm so we have to all fully decide but it most likely will be noon, just though I'd warn ya.

its 4:30 on Saturday so Day 2

OK so since the fire emblem isn't the same day, and was put under the wrong day above, you don't have to change mine now. It can stay at 5

The Magical Girl (any majou shoujo is welcome!) photoshoot is at 1 PM on Day 3, it'll be behind the gazebo facing the Subway!
EDIT: The Magical Girl shoot is being moved to 2:00, still on day three. We'll meet at the Gazebo and then most likely head behind it, facing the Subway.

On day 4 my friends and I will be SCP cosplay and will have a mini photoshoot for anyone that is interested in the SCP foundation. I will be Dr. Kondraki, my friends will be Dr. Clef, Dr. Bright and SCP 239 the witch child. So the photoshoot will be around 3 at the fountain.

Hi. Can you please make 2 small updates to the Evangelion gatherings.
1) The Friday, Day 1 gathering has now been moved to Monday day 4. Location is still the Clock Tower. Time of the gathering is 1:30pm. Instead of 1.0 in the title, it should now be called 2.0.
2) The Sunday, Day 3 gathering is still the same. Instead of 2.0 in the title, it should now be called 1.0.

Marvel/DC gathering planned time is 3pm on Day 2 (Saturday, September 5th), meeting beside the Small Gazebo Clearing and then moving to the Rain-Out Location from last year's festivities.

Hi guys, I'm maintaining the Guidebook App photoshoot times. I took the schedule in the first post, and included requested changes since the last noted edit time (Aug 20). The Guidebook was just updated about 1 minute ago. If there are any mistakes, posting here in this thread is the best way to notify us, as I'm subscribed to reply notifications in this thread. I'll be updating every day or so (but as photoshoots are not official programming, it's a lower priority than edits to official programming and other stuff I'm working on at the con, but I'll try). (And yes, the Log Horizon one was entered wrong - sorry for the mistake. It should be fixed now.)

Last minute shoot.. Shounen Jump shoot at 1 or 2 on Friday - meet at the stairs in the park and we will move to a free area... Look of Corazon, Doflamingo and Crocodile (pink and black feather coats)
