Title: Can Walk-ons have music?

I know they're only 45 seconds max, but can music be used, or no?

Just so that it is noted for future years, it is completely up to the Cosplay Contest Coordinator, however this year walk-ons were allowed to provide their own music in the same format and media as skits.
