If you pre registered do you have to get your badge on day zero? (Tomorrow)? This'll be my first con and I didn't know about day zero or what it was until today.

You don't HAVE to. You can get it any day. Cons just give the option for picking it up the day before for convenience, but no it's not a requirement to get it tomorrow
