Title: Question for this years Kumoricon Idol? (Already answered)

I've seen on the schedule that Kumoricon Idol and Hybrid are going to happen this year, but the question is how are we going to sign up?
Is it going to be at con, or is there going to be an online sign-up like the last few years?
I'm sorry if I missed anything, or if I'm being a pest, but I wasn't able to locate any information on it this year.
