**REOPENED - Lost one of our roomies to a family emergency.**
I have a room Homewood Suites for Kumoricon and it's just my friend and I.
We're looking for 1-2 people to room with us. We're two cosplaying ladies in our 30s, been to K-con many times before.
All the deets:
Hotel: Homewood Suites
Located on the waterfront, a 5 minute drive or 28 minute walk along the waterfront back to the main event hotels.
They are supposed to be running a shuttle to and from the con from this hotel.
Dates: August 28 - Sept 1st
Check-in after 3pm on Thursday, check-out on Monday at noon.
-Bag check available on checkout
-Full size fridge
-Microwave / Stove
-We'll be bringing snacks and I might even cook as there is a kitchen - and I'm one hell of a good cook.
-King suite: separate king bedroom (my friend and I will share) and a sofa bed in living room that fits up to 2 - so you'll have privacy.
Rules:
-Please be over 18. We are all adults and don't want to room with kiddos.
-Be respectful. If you wake up early, that's cool, but don't wake everyone else up. If you come in late, also okay, but don't wake anyone up who might already be sleeping. We all have different schedules and that's cool, just don't be a jerk.
-Please no smoking IN the room. You may drink inside the room if you do drink, but please do not get wasted and wreck up the place.
-NO AXE BODY SPRAY...it's a long story.
-Respect our stuff. Ask if you want to borrow/use things, we're pretty friendly and cool with sharing.
-No strangers unless you have everyone's permission.
-Be OK with crossplay - both my roommate and I have done it on occasion and will at this con.
-Talking bad about anyone for their sexual preferences, race, gender, etc will not be tolerated.
-Payment needs to be made at least 1 week before con (via Paypal, Square, check, whatever - we can arrange this.)
