Assuming the Earth hasn't been destroyed and that we're still alive, what do you think Kumoricon would look like in the year 3000?

Assuming our civilization still exists and does not disappear like the Egyptians as well as anime is not banned from the culture etc,etc...I assume they rent out a man-made island that were created near the pacific coast by some hotel chain with a giant weather controlled dome built around it with a anime themed ferry for attendees to travel to and back. Also each year that island is temporary re-named Kumorisland and the event is a full week. Oh and just for the heck of it, last day of the event will be a huge beach party!

And in a surprising twist, the chair of Kumoricon 3000, is an office chair.

A lot of Futurama cosplayers. And the con space would have holo emitters in the floor so you could have anime characters walking around the con and interacting with the fans.

And, if the Yojimbo thought they had it rough, when dealing with five simultaneous "Code Adams", they're in for a rude awakening when Bender and the Robot Devil show up and start wreaking havoc.

Also, to ensure nobody goes home, with the "con crud" or other more serious maladies, Kumoricon 3000 will have a fully staffed hospital.

For one thing the costumes will be freaking fantastic.

Anime will be holographic 3D shows, and there will be experimental programs coming out for physical contact. ...for that reason.
There will be panels discussing the ancient gods of anime, which will include characters such as Haruhi Suzumiya, the goddess of sports and entertainment.
Ramune will have the ability to make English-speaking attendees speak in Japanese for 30 minutes.
