Title: International 2014 attendees?

So I have a person in New Zealand who wants to attend Kumoricon in the future since he missed this one. My question here is, how does one go about doing this? Can he pre-register like anyone from the USA could, or is there some other process?


If you're a person who's not from the US, how do you attend?

Yes, pre-register same as anyone! Or register at the door. (2014 online pre-registration isn't open yet, but will be around late October or early November.)
