Title: Pre-Reg mailed passes?

I just paid my pre-registration and get it through the mail a month ago and got the message that the passes are being sent out. All I just want to know is that did any get their pass yet I still haven't gotten mine and I message the registration email twice and no response.

I apologize that you emails to us have gone unanswered but at this time of the year we get swamped with emails that a few slip through us and get lost or forgotten. I recommend emailing us one more time and we will try to respond as soon as we can.

We will need your first and last name and also your date of birth when you email us so we can check the status of your badge.
