The final general meeting before the convention will be held on Saturday, August 17, at 2:00pm (note later time) at:

General meetings are open to the public. This is an important meeting for last-minute planning and staffing information for the convention! Although staff registration is closed (except for finishing already started or approved registrations), you can also get involved with volunteer opportunities.

So to clarify, the manager meeting at noon is in fact, coordinator level and up? And will it be in same room? Thanks. =)

Most likely, but this is subject to change. We will email coordinators and up with details.

I'll be there!


I'm also participating in a meetup this weekend and wondering if anyone attending this meeting, could give me a ride to the Portland area after the meeting, or least give me a quick ride to the Vancouver Amtrak station? Thanks!
[Also will work well if they're heading to the meetup too!]
