Title: When will we know about whether or not we get our panels in 2013?

Right. So I was wondering when we find out what panels are going because I started an ask the nations panel hetalia. I need to know soon so does anyone know?

It really depends on how soon they get a draft assembled.  Once they have one, they email a copy of it to the panelists in order to see if there are any changes that need to be made.  Pending that there are some issues, the programming department will do its best to accommodate those issues without violating any others.  A final copy will be sent out once this stage has been completed.  Usually, the conclusion takes place in early-mid August.
