The July general meeting will be held on Saturday, July 13, at 1:00pm at:

This July meeting is the second-to-last meeting to register as staff for Kumoricon 2013, and the last meeting to guarantee listing in the staff credits in the program book. After the August 4 general meeting, people who have not completed their staff registrations may volunteer at the convention but won't be considered staff. Don't wait until the last minute!

General meetings are open to the public. Learn more about staffing and volunteer opportunities and get involved with the planning of Kumoricon. Bring your friends, too!

We are planning on attending and from the minutes prior meetings seem to have lasted 30 min or so.  This one is scheduled til 5.  Do you think it will be that late?  Also saw it was a bbq.  What do we need to bring for this?

I am looking to join the staff and volunteer while  children attend,  and looking forward to this

I am also planning to attend but am lacking in the ride department.  Does anyone have space in their car I can provide gas.

Technically the BBQ portion after the meeting and breakouts is just for staff (including staff who sign up at this meeting). Food and drink will be provided, but you can bring a snack or dessert if you like.

Looking to sign up for a position. I sent an email a few weeks ago but havent heard back. We may have a extra seat or 2 if need a ride. We are coming from east vancouver on 205 side. Email me direct if need

I am sorry to say that neither Chan nor myself will be able to attend this meeting, but that's okay.  We should be able to be at both August meetings.
