Title: How much would it cost to commission a prop scattergun?

My boyfriend wants to cosplay as Scout from Team Fortress 2 and is considering getting a prop scattergun, but needs to know how much it'd cost.

This actually looks extremely simple. PVC and cardboard would work just fine. I can see this being upwards of like $100 depending on the way it's made. If I where to take this on (which right now, I'd rather not, just saying though), I can see it being that price or lower depending of you wanted the weathered look
