Is there a way I could download the kumoricon register form for microsoft word?

We don't have it in Word format, only PDF. If you are looking for a PDF viewer, then I suggest Google Chrome (http://www.google.com/chrome) or Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/), which each have built-in PDF viewers.

However, there are online viewers that don't require you to install any software. I have found that these two work for the Kumoricon form:
