If you don't want to put your address then don't run a panel.

As I recall, the reasons for the address request are as follows:
- Mailing out panelist badges.
- Records.
I'm not sure if there's other reasons, or if these are (or ever were) valid. I'm trying to recall what I've been told years ago, as well as what makes logical sense to me. The best approach, if you truly want to know, would be to email the programming department at: programming@kumoricon.org or attend one of our general meetings and talk to the head of the department. ( https://www.kumoricon.org/meetings (https://www.kumoricon.org/meetings) ).

Hey there, I'm Kyo, this year's panels manager.
If it makes you uncomfortable to put your address you can leave that portion blank. The reason we have the address section on the panel forms is for an alternative form of contacting the person. Some people change their email addresses fairly often, so we ask for a few different methods to get a hold of you, just in case.
Just make sure that you have at least a valid email address on there (as this is my main method of contact) and you'll be good to go.
If you have any other questions, feel free to email me at panels[at]kumoricon.org ;3
