I have no idea what I'm doing for kcon next year, but if I were to cosplay from LoL, it would be Iron Scale Shyvana.
She's my favorite as well as being the only female I could crossplay as. Haha

I've been wanting to fabricate a Piltover Customs Blitzcrank, but alas I have no money for that sort of thing. ;_;
My idea is to take an electric motorized bar stool and build the Blitzcrank shell around it. No exhaust problems so I can be inside and it would be really cool I think.

I have been wanting to do LoL cosplay for some time, but I am super torn about what to do. I am waffling between some version of Ahri, Classic Caitlyn, Hextech Janna, Pharaoh Nidalee, Woad Ashe, some version of Fiora, Crimson Akali, and Shaco... one of these things is not like the other, hehe. I would need to start soon if I want to get it done for Kumoricon, but it's so hard to decide on one, even if I could do others later, which one first... decisions decisions.

Well, I may have an electric motor donated by my car since the starter is starting to go out on me and not be reliable enough for my car, but it will still cost a lot for the other parts such as the tires. Please let me know if anyone has access to some cheap/free go-cart and/or golf cart tires (or other parts). ;)

Just throwing in my 2 cents, as I was looking at the Photoshoot schedule for other gatherings, and I saw LoL has picked Day 2 -Sun and time at 2pm. Don't know if that's still a go, but I think that's a good time and day. Because it'll be before any big events to those who wanted to go ya know? Location wise, I would say somewhere at the park (in front of the Hilton) because it'll be an easy pin point/meet up with the rest of the LoL gang. Either at the clock tower or gazebo or whatever main landmark that'll be easy to pin point.

Perhaps I should take some sleep aids... laying here trying to sleep the idea popped into my head of either wanting to see someone cosplay Sona with a steel battalion controller or do it myself. Perhaps a military Sona theme.

Okay, put me down on the list as maybe. I just found a coat and tie almost perfect for Definitely Not Blitzcrank... Though I might make that Definitely Not Dravencrank.
Why do I keep choosing characters with coats when it will be hot out? XD
The only thing that might prevent me from doing this cosplay is that since it is day 2 I plan to do god form Kefka so 2 hours might be cutting it a little short to get all the purple off (assuming I even want to throw all that work down the drain at that point in the day)... or perhaps come as Definitely Not DravenMundoCrank oh geeze that sounds so rediculous. XD

Completely agree, I like things warm and hate the cold ^^ and being a steamy golem in the heat isn't so bad ;)
I'm kinda going to be sad probably having to rip these sleeves for the cosplay... maybe I'll just glue the tubes and spikes on the outside and see if it slides because it is a pretty nice coat.

I'd like to go myself. I pretty much play anything but ADC but I specialize in support Blitzcrank/Zilean/Galio/Nunu though, I use a somewhat unorthadox build with pretty good success despite the multiple nerfings my Blitz has taken lately :(
It has been a while since I've played with a decent mouse, too (my good one burned its laser out months ago so I haven't been playing much pvp and might need a little warm up). Be warned... if the ADC sucks I will start last hitting minions so the gold isn't wasted. If they suck really bad I might just take the kills rather than giving them away like I've trained myself to do.

Personally I'm learning towards wanting it right after because if it were before I would have even less time to change from my Final Fantasy cosplay.
Up to you guys though. Not a big deal to me. Odds are I might still be purple skinned if I do my final fantasy cosplay either way.

So our Blitz and my Xerath are going to be a bit big so an open space for the photoshoot would be ideal so I think the large gazebo would be great.
Personally I think the shoot should be before the tournament, would just be a little easier to get together earlier in the day rather than in the afternoon.

Depressed that the photoshoot happened during my match despite me asking to put it back one match, but I understand there were probably time schedules people had to follow since the tourney was taking so long. Hopefully I'll at least get to see the pictures. :(

I was really sad that I couldn't make the shoot, but the Cosplay Contest was going on, and I had friends that I wanted to support.
But I was Resistance Caitlyn for a lot of Day 1 and 2. I saw a few League cosplayers and you all were so awesome! I'll definitely be bringing Cait to Sakuracon.

Well needless to say you were amazing so I can't wait for next year to see some spinning axes. I'm hoping to possibly do Vi next year but I really only want to cosplay her if I can make actual working fists with smooth articulation and all that.
