Just had a question for the Amv's...I kind of forgot but can I submit a AMV even if the quality is kinda bad....some parts come out blurry, it kind of lags, etc....this question is just for future refrence...and would I be able to send FMV which are from video games or would it have to be anime....thanks! ^^
