Any idea if there is any interest for such a panel?
Seems like it would need a bunch of computers, which is not necessarily the case....
You know, any interest for learning some Anime or Manga coloring techniques or basics in MyPaint, GIMP, SmoothDraw... or other ///free/// programs...
I know there's forever amounts of tutorials on the net, though it's a bit hard for some people to learn without actively observing something done before them.
Such a panel would probably end up being a tutorial-type lesson about basics, or some painting or shading styles... like
. Crosshatching
. Inking pictures (with bezier tools)
. Cellshading
. Making Manga pages
. Coloring eyes
. Coloring hair
. Textures on clothes
Providing a set of brushes, patterns, pre-made Manga panels for usage...
