All four of the avatars are from Maria-Holic, and yes, the last three are all of the same character, Kanako.

FWIW, I voted in the poll... I seem to be in the minority, but I like C.

^ I would like for people to submit their votes in the poll, yes.  It is the poll that I will be making my decision on, not what is said in the various posts.  If there had been 1,000 posts made with people saying "E" (if there was one) but the poll said 2 votes for "F", I'd go with "F" because that's what is official.  I shouldn't have to go through the posts and count when there's a poll for that.
