Alright, so we have been discussing this a lot in my cosplay group thread and I believe by the whole pile of bronies that appeared it is time to say I have enough support to begin planning :D
Hopefully this all goes over well~
Now I would like to have a MLP:FIM Fandom panel, to address just the entire Pony community <3 I have a pretty good idea on how this can run, feel free to pitch in ideas and I would like to have a mane six of cosplayers to sit up front and help run things.
(If you are cosplaying a character not listed just ask :D)

For starters I was thinking we can take questions from the curious about the fandom. I for one am pretty knowledgeable on all of the randomness that is Equestria and it's fans.
(Maybe turn a few fillies and gentlecolts into bronies) :D
I also want to do some games and contests.

Dance offs :D
Maybe a little stand up?
Also I was considering maybe setting up entertainment? Like if anypony has some sort of talents or jokes, or even inspirational brony stories :D
And of course, MUSIC!

Unless there's a conflict of interest, I can do some jokes. I'm going to be doing my third-annual stand-up comedy panel, so I could snag something from that, or tell something completely different, like the story behind why I'm afraid of horses. ;D

The one problem I see with cupcake decorating is that food isn't allowed at panels unless it's the hotel's food. Last year the Kuroshitsuji tea party wanted to bring food but they couldn't

As I am cosplaying Vinyl Scratch, I would be remiss if I didn't offer to play a couple dozen hooffuls of pony remixes. Alex S., Eurobeat Brony, Pinkiepieswear, and Jackle App, just to name a few artists I'd have in mind...
As for mouth challenges, perhaps there could be an attempt to draw something? Or write a letter to Princess Celestia (http://chzbronies.files.wordpress.com/2011/11/my-little-pony-friendship-is-magic-brony-how-rainbow-dash-wrote-to-princes-celestia.jpg)?

I think that, with this fandom, there's already some out there. Or at least, some instrumental versions I know already exist. At that point we could just pass out lyrics, too.

I wouldn't doubt it. I do know that there are karaoke programs available for downloading that can convert songs into karaoke tracks.

That could be an option, too. However, speaking from personal experience, there's a chance that a second MLP panel won't be approved if there are a large amount of panel submissions. Perhaps if the ones who applied for THIS panel were to collaborate with said DJ's while submitting a second form, they could come up with a back-up plan, should the second one get denied.

I love the dress up idea if people have random things they can bring in. Old useless wigs, random props ect.

Then have the mane six that is helping run the panel try to figure out whose cutie mark goes to which volunteer character?

I guess it would be obvious (Like an Ash having a Pokeball) or could try to get a little creative and make it something you wouldn't instantly know without thinking about things from that characters life just so long as it isn't horribly abstract.

Well we could make them harder and have them inside jokes for the character. Like Link could have a sword smashing a pot, or a chicken that was thrown (I loved doing that too much for my own good >>)

Alright, Sakuracon was great! The brony panel gave me a lot of confidence that I'll be able to rock this at Kcon easily. Though I may need to email staff and fix my panel submission. I may have undershot how many potential attendees we will have...

^ If you have to choose, I'd recommend Chrysalis, just because I've seen more Rarity plans than Chrysalis plans. I'd like to see your male Rarity, but Chrysalis gets my vote.

Heya Folks. For this years Kumoricon am planning to bring back my Flutter S. Thompson cosplay I made for last years Sakuracon. If you're still looking for a DJ to play some music and generally control the happy-go-lucky tunes blasting throughout the hall and into your ears, I can volunteer. Considering I run a weekly radio program, I think i'de be a good choice. Let me know if you all need help in any other ways, as I'de love to contribute.

Due to my job, I am always up at that time, and my normal program ends at 2, leaving me to either listen to a repeat of the show, or putting on my mp3 player. ...maybe you could make a thread in here that advertises your show? (Assuming the mods are cool with that... Guys?)

^ First, the programming department needs to sort out the schedules. Once they do, they send a draft to all of the panelists for review. If adjustments are needed, they make them and send out a final draft to the panelists before publication. At this point, you'll probably benefit most by hearing out what the panelists submitted for time requests. That would be (I believe) HatakeGirlX.
