Id like to also touch on the places in oregon and washington that have plus size clothes. Cuz if anyones like me, they try to buy clothes that fit from walmart and target, and we are left buying mens clothes because the womens clothes just dont fit us. Same for the men, who are bigger than the largest size, and have to go to places like big n tall. Those kind of stores are expensive.

In addition, my family is all also heavy set. I may be the smallest in my family, but I'm not small myself. It's alright though, because people like me for who I am, right?

Pfft troubles? There are so many different types of plus size out there, itd be wrong to not let you in just cuz you happen to be a smaller plus size than say me. I wear a size 24, my sister wears a size 12, but we are still plus size.

I also have boob-realted clothes problem. With my shoulders/general torso size, medium shirts generally fit me. But I can never find button-ups that both fit right on my shoulders and don't gap horribly over my bust. Same problem with dresses.

ohh what my friend use to do is she got male shirts. for casual wear and for blosses she took them shirts and reverd the buttons :p

I also noticed some compression shirts don't work...

They do not always work with larger breast We can talk about how to make self binders as well . as well, Compression shirts work alot more for smaller breast such like mine. and they help with shapeing the body more. I been binding myself for years and others so we will be talking about safty with binding for larger breast

I don't think I can be a model since I'm trying to lose some weight and am hoping to get down to a less chubby size...I still wont be stick skinny (that could never happen with my bones XD), but still. What I might do is just let you use some of my pictures as examples. Maybe do a Before And After thing showing what good eating and exercise can do!

I was wondering if perhaps you could clarify plus size doesn't really have to mean sewing patterns or anything like that? Just being normal and healthy could put you into the plus ranges, or have your measurements so different that you feel you're odd.
One of my friends, for example, is thin and tall until you measure her butt/hips. And I count as petite until you measure my hips in some cases, and then in others I'm considered a L/M because my waist or my chest or combination of all my measurements don't fit into the "standard" assumption of clothing sizes.
So... maybe you could go into really explaining why people don't fit into "stanard" sizes and what really should be their healthy goals. Weight can be changed because muscle weighs more than fat, so you shouldn't obsess over a weight number. That said you shouldn't obsess over inches measurements being certain numbers. The healthy range could just mean being in shape and having good fitness, and eating well, which should naturally help you loose inches/weight.
I know a friend of mine slimmed down visually, but she gained like 10lbs after a few months. It was all muscle that she gained, and she had been frustrated over the scale reading 140 but she measured what she wanted- and could fit into smaller clothes.

I went to this panel. It was alot of fun!
I kinda wish me and my sister would have spoke up a bit more... As sister later told me she wanted to share some tips about bra's and other clothing tips for a bigger body and things that are more figure flattering for different body types. She works at lane bryant. An She's really good with fashion things.
I also am into makeup and do great makeup.
I was the first person drawn for the drawing.... although being socially shy I got rather nervous and just choose first thing spotted xD cuz I was like ahhh! lol
We're gonna plan our cosplays a bit better next yr.
I really loved teh panel, it was lots of fun, amusing and laid back. I hope its there next yr cuz I'm coming again and I want to see everyone back again!

I think that some more stuff on styles of clothing (specific cuts of clothing, quality fabric vs. cheap fabric, how to adjust patterns to fit your body) would be good. As far as weight and fitness go, I think that the focus should remain more on how to become more fit, regardless of whether one actually loses weight while doing them or not, and on learning to love one's body.
