"Izaya, do the vroom vroom!" Some random girl said this every time she saw my friend's Izaya cosplay. It was kind of obnoxious tbh, as she always wanted her to repeat it and she kept asking for hugs (my friend hates touching strangers).

My favorite moment was when I was walking around in Esther Short Park.
I hear a tiny voice.
Girl: "You're so pretty!"
I turn my head to see where it came from, and I see it's a really cute little girl.
Her eyes go wide. o____o
Girl: "It's a guy! It's a guy! Mom, mom! It's a guy!"
Her mom seemed pretty embarrassed but I thought it was hilarious and cute. XD

I overheard this from an ordinary girl with her parents at the park, "Mommy, why are all the Halloween people here?"

I was walking out of the Hilton hotel to wait for my ride, and Kon comes out in his big mascot suit. A few minutes later a little boy and his mom (who aren't involved with the con) come out and the little boy goes "Mommy look it's a Pokemon!!!" It was so cute. xD

A guy at the "Anime That Scarred Me For Life" panel came up and mentioned that he kept seeing girls and going "Oooh, she's cute, I wonder if....no, crap, yellow badge!" And then the guy leading the panel went, "Color-coded badges are not an accident!"

I was walking down the stairs at the Red Lion and a guy walking up the stairs said "Let me just shuffle over." Then i kind of whispered "Every day." Then he said "Every day I'm shufflin'!" and it made my day XDDDD
Then there was the other time that my friend and i were sitting on a bench outside the hilton when a group of cosplayers in Football uniforms [I think they were from Eyesheild 21, but i'm not sure] walked past and one of the guys said to his team "If we shower together, we'll save water." and after they walked a little bit away, i turned to my friend, gave her a high five and said "AAAAWWWW YEEEAAAAH!" really loudly then all the football cosplays broke out in laughter. XDDDDDD it was awesome.

My favorite is from Todd Haberkorn when he was reading yaoi manga aloud at the yaoi panel. He was improvising most of his lines, doing amusing voices and generally making it hilarious. At a part where the two characters are discussing their..."feelings" for each other, Todd says: "Look, I'm just gonna throw this out there, and if you don't like it, you can throw it right back. I want to be ON you."
Lordy, Todd, thank you for making me laugh so much at that panel.

Cosplay Chess had quite a couple for the memory books along with anything that came out of Statler and Waldorf's mouths. I remember one from Turning the Tables with Chris Cason specifically though.

laughed pretty hard at that one. Then me and my friends proceeded to re-name every avatar character we could think of, a few being: Toph is the blind uncle, Azula is the last airbender, Zuko is the evil sister, Momo has the hair loopies, and Jet is totally the fire lord.
Also this is more of an inside joke than a quote, but we also decided that the train was like that one annoying friend who always had to tell everyone that he was here. "HEY GUYS!! GUUUUUUYSSSSSS I'M A TRAINNNNNNN LOOK AT ME I'M A TRAAAAAAIN GUYS IM HERE IM A TRAAAAIN"
seriously that thing was annoying.

Todd being Godzilla. *immitates his RAAAAWR and throwing fire and chewing on buildings* He just kept going and going!!! The Ditto with the Identity Crisis was GOLDEN!!!
The troll that came into the 18+, "we have your girl..." xD And then a certain pizza box with a certain appendage drawn on it. Shown to the girl and she fell down laughing hysterically. Basically died. And was shown it later in the panel, and she died again. And it was mentioned to her at Closing Ceremonies, and she died again on stage.
During the all ages of same panel, someone's asked what their mom does. "Counselor", "so you gotta encorporate counselling" -> enter farting gags and a serial killer xD Then the 18+, he asks me "Behavioral Health", he tries to not break out laughing and tells them. One starts screaming, another falls onto the floor, and Ally is trying to talk to one xD
Also walking through the halls once as Soul I hear, "Look! A miniature Soul!" *hangs head laughing*
Another was when a Sora and Roxas and I were walking to the Hilton and I started singing "Friend Like Me" from Aladdin, and these people in front of us JOIN US in singing xDDD It was a riot.

I was the ONLY Kanda oddly enough.
I got bored and started hitting mugen against teh ground. A splinter flew off of it and actually landed in my mouth. I somehow swallowed it cut my throat up sp badly I was coughing up blood and couldn't speak for a coupel days.
When my friend explaiend to others she summed it up as " He choked on his own sword" -_-

Me: yeah you have been completely oblivious to the fact that I have been hitting on you for the last three hours.

My favorite moment was in ester shore park during one of the big glomp circles. There was an older gentlemen and his wife watching and was just giggling so much cause from all the angst. Then he started taking pictures and wandering around the circle. And everytime someone would do the Guess What, What! Guess What, What He would just start giggling again. That was on Sunday afternoon.

I think my favorite quote of the weekend was as that adorable Tokyo Mew Mew group was walking by.
I hear some girl shout to her friend. " Oh My God!!, Those are the children I want to Kidnap!!"
Hearing that and then watching one of the parents turn around to see who said it was pretty great.

During Cosplay chess, I (cosplaying the legendary pokemon Jirachi) was a summon for the Ash Ketchum cosplayer (on the anime side of the board). He summoned me, I did a Hyper Beam, and that was the last time he summoned me...
Because the next person that summoned me Yuna. (on the video games side of the board)
And she summoned me, TO KILL ASH KETCHUM!
it basically went like this:
Me: you want to know why I've switched sides, Ash? Because I'll tell you why. YOU, Ash Ketchum, are an annoying, pathetic excuse for a Pokemon trainer who can't train his Pokemon for squat. You irritate me, you disgust me, you waste my time, abilities, and patience. I'm not going to take it anymore, so you can take that master ball and shove it!
Then I (pretend!) slapped him. He died by his own Pokemon, it was as though someone planned it!
I eventually learned that the audience couldn't make out what I had said, though. It sounded like shrieking.

During Cosplay chess, I (cosplaying the legendary pokemon Jirachi) was a summon for the Ash Ketchum cosplayer (on the anime side of the board). He summoned me, I did a Hyper Beam, and that was the last time he summoned me...
Because the next person that summoned me Yuna. (on the video games side of the board)
And she summoned me, TO KILL ASH KETCHUM!
it basically went like this:
Me: you want to know why I've switched sides, Ash? Because I'll tell you why. YOU, Ash Ketchum, are an annoying, pathetic excuse for a Pokemon trainer who can't train his Pokemon for squat. You irritate me, you disgust me, you waste my time, abilities, and patience. I'm not going to take it anymore, so you can take that master ball and shove it!
Then I (pretend!) slapped him. He died by his own Pokemon, it was as though someone planned it!
I eventually learned that the audience couldn't make out what I had said, though. It sounded like shrieking.
Aw, sad day! I was wondering what you'd said to him, though, and now I know! He really isn't a very good trainer at all... Maybe if you'd been "summoned" by Red instead...

^heck yes!! Red is a shining example of what the rest of the Pokemon trainer population will never be. (Mostly because they have no ambition) Red can summon me any day of the week, I wouldn't mind!

There was this old guy that came up to me while I was walking in the park......
Old guy: What on earth are you people doing out here?
Me: Um. Cosplay?
Old guy (he looked totally shocked): Oh my.
Me: Uh, do you know what cosplay is? it's-
Old guy: -what do you think you're doing? how old are you? where are your parents???
He went on to talk about how I was too young for this, and that it was indecent for all these people to be doing such a thing. To this day i'm still not sure what exactly he was talking about, or if he even understood what I was talking about. :P

Lol, I was also working one of my shifts in the videogaming room when some guy came up right next to me......
guy: Hi.
Me: um, hey. what's up?
guy: I need some help.
Me: oh, ok. What do you need help with?
guy: I'm having trouble with one of the gaming systems.....
We go over to the sytem, where he then starts telling me about the problem, and how he fixed it. He started doing some technobabble when.....
Me: Wait, so what's the problem? I mean, if you already fixed it.....
guy: oh. um.
guy: you smell good.
Me: I....see.....
Me: ......thanks. but, i gotta go, there's a line at the table.
guy: but there's a problem with the system.
Me: ......didn't you fix it?
guy: yeah.
At this point I just told him to find a new system if he kept having problems, and I went back to the table. It's funny to me now, but it was kind of a mean joke to play on me, and it was rude to the other people in line that were kept waiting. :P

I think my favorite quote of the weekend was as that adorable Tokyo Mew Mew group was walking by.
I hear some girl shout to her friend. " Oh My God!!, Those are the children I want to Kidnap!!"
Hearing that and then watching one of the parents turn around to see who said it was pretty great.
Oh, man, I remember that! It was awesome, but did kind of scare me... XD

Black Star: YESS!!!!!!!!!
Todd:...You Asymmetrical piece of garbage...

On sunday my friend and I were participating in the huge glomp circle. Originally we were running separately but then she decided she wanted to run as a pair so I agreed. Well one of our turns she got to hug a Jareth from Labyrinth. Her reaction:
