So where and when is the bag stuffing party going to be? And when is the pre-reg badge pick-up on Friday? Anyone know whats going on O.o ?

I don't know about bag-stuffing, but as for badge pickup on Friday night for pre-regs, here's the timetable as of now, though it's likely not very helpful:

Officially, it's "when PezCat gets set up." Unofficially, we're shooting for around 7pm to 10pm.

Bag stuffing is happening Friday at the hotel due to the late nature of some of the sponsors.

Pre-regestered people will also be able to pick up thier badges on saturday too right?

Bag stuffing is when you help put together all the cool goody bags that you pick up at the front desk on the first day of the convention. Most people get them when they arrive.
