Okay, last year, I only came by for one day, and thus skipped the cosplay. Which was a shame, really. But this year, I'll be coming by for at least two days, which will be nice. In any event, I will be taking the chance to do a costume again.
This year, I recently got a chance to play the best RPG series ever, Shadow Hearts.
I'm going to be cosplaying as Yuri Volte Hyuga, the protagonist of the first and second game.
Naturally, I will be having help from my mother with the costume. Since I don't have a sewing gene in my body. And so you know, it'll be the SH1 version, with the brown jacket and red shirt. It might take a little work to make the talisman he wears, but I think I can manage it.
Tell me, is this an awesome idea or the awesomest idea? And will anyone be cosplaying as other characters from this game series? (And if you're cosplaying Alice, another question: Can I hug you?)

YES. YES. DO IT. NOW.
xD I won't be cosplaying Alice this year, but I want to if I can get a group together maybe next year or the year after.

Of course you can hug me! I welcome such things! =D I just hope the costume looks good enough... or at the very least, recognizable.
The support seems to be high! This con shall be good.

I am sad to say that it seems that I will be unable to attend this year, due to a lack of funds and a lack of time to get the costume done. I wish it didn't have to happen this way, but alas, I have no way to make this convention work this year. Sorry, everyone.
Heh... it's funny. My con attendance record is a perfect palindrome. Attending for one day longer for the first three years, then one day less the other three. Then again, maybe I'm getting too old for these things anyway. I'm 24, for god's sake.
Again, apologies for getting everyone's hopes up.
