OK - I'm at the kumoricon.com homepage. I click on Con Policies. I see no link to download anything.. where is the elusive manual(s) I keep being told is online at this page?

Hm - maybe i'm looking for the wrong thing - The write up under Con Policies is probably what was meant by "its downloadable at the website" - i've been looking for a downloadable pdf (or somesuch) file -- Ok nevermind  ^^
