Because we seem to have one of the closest forum communities.
Sakuracon forums, even though the con is huge, are usually really dead.
Mewcon is the same, baahaha.
I just thought that all of you should know that I feel like we're kind of a family, and I love you all. > u > ♥

I agree ;D This Forum is a lot like a family. Kinda sitting all around the dinner table at Thanksgiving, the young ones yelling at each other and all seems like a picture of us to me.

Are you kidding me? I don't see any aggression there. That's got to be one of the least hostile places on the web(next to pink fluffy unicorns dancing on rainbows (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eWM2joNb9NE)...). I'm often in places far worse than the Sakuracon board but my home environment is the source of the massive pain in my system. Agony is no excuse for violent unchecked wrath. Spite is more fun anyway. :)

S-con's forums are like any other small forum - there are a few super active users in a tiny inactive community, and often when new people come along they have trouble identifying with and becoming a part of the tight-knit community in place. Sakuracon's forums are a lot less hostile than some (DDR Freak's Random Chat, for example), but there's certainly a lofty social barrier to overcome before one can consider themselves a part of that community, whereas here people come and go all the time. There are a good 80-120 active threads at any given time which any new user can join in on quite readily
