Okay, my friend wants to go to the 'con, but has not registered yet. She is, however, extremely interested in joining staff or the volunteers.
What info can I pass along to her?

Well, she can contact volunteer@kumoricon.org, and online pre-registration is still available for regular attendance. If she's looking to just volunteer, then the best way is to e-mail the Volunteer Coordinator (see above e-mail address), and register online. Being a volunteer means that she can help out without having the same number of hour requirements as staff, but then we still give volunteers a little extra just because they're awesome and helped out.
