My boyfriend and I have thought about being stalker girl and creeper guy (oh lawd it's been forever since I've watched this anime lol) so maybe we'll do that for kcon... Although I already have a lot planned.

They were cosplaying from Eyeshield 21, I think. Which is really really cool. But all of Sakuracon was pretty much photobomb con, so you may as well expect it orz

Another one of I, I also have a pretty huge street sign that I hang over my shoulders. Later on, I'll post a picture. I cosplayed Shizuo at Sakura-con.. got a lot of people asking me if I stole the sign off the streets. XD but it is hand-made!

But I think we should meet in the park to make it easier for people to find, but state that it will be at that wall. Pretty much you keep walking north. It's not hard to miss ^^;

Hi, I know you guys don't mean to be offensive, but that wall is a WWII memorial. Taking cosplay pictures there would be extremely disrespectful. DRRR, its fandom, its cosplayers, and Kumoricon don't need the negativity that will come with that.

I'm sorry, but it is not disrespectful as long as we respect the area. Memorials are there to remember what happened, yes, but the space is also for people to enjoy. Just like the Vietnam Memorial at Washington Park, it is a park for people to enjoy. I think we should be able to take pictures there as long as we do keep it respectful and state that that's what it is when posting pictures. And if there are people in our group who don't want to, we'll not force them. And people who disagree with this, I'm sorry but there will be other groups and people who will always take pictures with that kind of stuff. I can get into a whole debate about this, but that is a place where I know where it is and is still close to the hotels, and I don't think it's safe to wonder about the city to find other places. If there is another place people would like to go more, than I wont fight it.
Sorry for the rant, but I needed to put that out there.
Anywhos, Shinra will be done soon. Wig is being derpy and I'll have to fix it...Mainly the bangs XP And I'm buying my coat when I get home Monday!

I will be cosplaying Anri to the photoshoot, but if there is a shoot at the WW2 memorial, I will not attend. (Though I take it we will be going somewhere else.) I'm certain there are other areas to do a photoshoot, not to mention I personally believe the memorial sight looks like nothing Durarara related, and the fact that its a memorial site means it is to be respected, and taking photos against it while in cosplay is just disrespectful. There are places to take cosplay photos, and that is just not one of them.

As far as I know, we'll meet at Esther Short Park, and if we decide to move to a different location (besides the memorial site, because i also dont feel comfortable taking pictures there), then we'll move~ if we decide that we just want to stay at the park, then we'll stay~

Should be easy to find a place. I mean, we're in a city...That's pretty much the setting for DRRR.
There's a building on the corner of 6th and Washington (about 1-2 blocks from the park), it's a beauty school, but it's a building that looks like it would fit.

Well, due to lack of time, it looks like Kevo and I will be going in their black uniforms...
I was able to find a blue blazer for myself at goodwill, but nothing for Kevo, so yeah... I hope we don't end up clashing with you guys DX
But I bought some "DO NOT CROSS" police tape xD if anyone thinks thats worth celebrating lol.. I'll probably bring that to the photoshoot

Well I mean.. if other DRRR people can make it to the Monday one as well, that would make me really happy. Cause that was MOST of the reason why I wanted to go to the first one, so I could meet all the fabulous DRRR cosplayers at con D; And we're not sure where the Monday one should be. Do you know a place? ;n; I kinda wish more people knew about this.

2-4 may even be better for me, I have to be at the persona shoot at 3:45 so My anri(fashion-pari) and I may leave early about 3-3:15 ish. So 2-4 is prefered(sp? man I suck at spelling)

I think it shopuld start/be where the others usually are, so at Ester Short Park. Wether we move from there or not we can decide there :3 And I believe noon would be good since people are leaving later on in the day so i think thats the best time for those who leave earlyish :D

I think its a bad idea to change the time, after all, lots of people probably looked at the official time and wont look again, if people don't look again. Which I'm sure some wont. Then people wouldn't know when the new phototshoot is and be confused. So, again, I think changing the time would mess it up. Also making the time earlier would be hard on the people checking into their hotel or in line...

Well I'm glad everything got sorted ut with the photoshoots. And now all I have to worry about is signing me up for chool and getting my Shizu-chans wig due to the fact the one I had was too small for his head. So now we have to go to the wig store and if they don't have one possibly dye his hair blond. Anyway, I don't know if I will be able to get to the second shoot or not but we'll see! <3

We'll be at the photoshooton Monday. (Our Shizuo is really tall so we should out pretty well.)
