Title: Recettear Capitalism, Ho!
Post by: Seraph on September 17, 2010, 09:21:54 pm
So this Japanese doujin game was recently released on Steam.
http://store.steampowered.com/app/70400/

Bascially, you own a item shop and hire adventurers to explore dungeons to find loot so you sell to other people...like that adventurer you just hired.

It comes with a free demo so I suggest trying it out.

I think I'm just gonna buy this next month for my spare computer for me and my roommates to play when we're bored.

Just finished the demo.  Made it up to about 7500 pix by the end of the first week.  I seemed to be doing pretty well but that left me homeless.  Is that the demo's way of ending, or do I just need to get way more pro?

you need to get better.  generally, dungeons are best for getting loot to sell.
and when starting out, you want to make the sale more then trying to mark up the item as much as possible.
