Title: Cosplay Skits 101

Thanks everyone that attended the Cosplay Skits 101 panel.  It was quite a success I think.

I wanted to give an extra congratulations to the group Every Episode of Sailor Moon who came to the panel and then won the Best Skit in Show award (and the Slightly Anime Challenge.)  I got this adorable pic of them after the contest too:

Also, somebody asked about audio editing software.  The free program I've used for other purposes is Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/).  It might not be the best out there, but it's free and is probably a good start.

Yes, it was totally AWESOME to have these guys as the Best in Show. I've been inspired to suggest the Cosplay Skit Iron Chef competition to become part of the Cosplay competition (all in the same spirit of the Slightly Anime Challenge). I was amazed at how well things turned out... and this Iron Chef thing will push this idea to the next level. We will be doing a BETA version of the Cosplay Skit Iron Chef at MEWcon over New Years weekend if anyone is interested.  :)
