I suggest perhaps foam core ?
I made my wrench by cutting out a wooden handle and I used cardboard for the top. Then sprayed it with spray foam, and carved out the details, covered it with paper mache to smooth it out and spray painted it silver and added some "grease" for looks :3
If you can get your hands on the spray foam it works really nicely and is pretty easy to use too~

Its like poster boards sorta. Lol. They have it at joanns , michaels . A large board that has styrofoam in the middle so it can be sanded down. I never fully used it but its veeeery light weight.
Yes the shoot is Day 3/Monday at 3:30. And we'll be meeting at the park across from the hotel near the giant Salmon Tower. You can't miss it, trust me.
