Title: Who do I email my form for the cosplay contest?

I've attempted emailing my form but I haven't been getting any replies. Is there a certain email I need to send it to? I searched the whole site but I haven't found any email related to the Cosplay Contest.

If you did not get a response from me regarding your form, please let me know so I can check on it. (provide the email addy you sent it from and the group name & skit name so I have something to search for)
