Hi all.  I'm Tammy, and I'm going to be working with  the volunteers again this year.  

If you are interested in volunteering and would like some information, please send me an email at scifitazmy@gmail.com.  I will soon have access to the official kumoricon email for volunteers, but until I do I want to get the ball rolling!

Quick question...

So, I've volunteered to help set up on the Friday before the con.  My question is, what's the earliest time you want volunteers showing up?  I live in the area and have the most of that day completely free.  I just want to know approximately when I should attempt wandering in.

I'll be there at 8am, but there won't be much for attendees to help out with until about 2pm most likely.

if we show up on Fri can we just come in and help?

or do we have to fill this out now cuz i dono if im coming on fri or not!

If you show up, we'll most likely put you to work, as nothing will actually be happening until pre-reg badge pick-up and gaming is fully online.

We'll be sure to show up at 2 0'clock.
I know that'll be enough time for all the bag stuffing but after last year and the con's growth.... somehow it doesn't seem long enough. Heh.

I'll probably be there early for lunch and to get my room sorted out before work. Anyone remember when checkin starts?
