I'm pretty sure they've advertised at Kumoricon a few years... *flips through conbook*

Yeah, they had an ad last year, and I'm pretty sure I've seen it before *3* Is it any good in person?

According to their myspace, Silver Otaku is closing. (http://blogs.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendId=439184263&blogId=529377899)

Pity none of us could check it out.

Most likely, since the notice was posted today, I think...

... but it'll be a real let-down on the rest of us if you find them to be a pretty cool place ;u; Haha, try to talk them into merging with Anime Asylum or something.

The store is closed. Sounds like it has been for a little while, so unfortunately I don't think you'll be able to be visiting it any time soon. :P

Now there are no anime shops that I'm aware of. Anime Asylum closed down as well, so...

I guess the only store I have to look forward to going to now is the Star Wars Store at Clackamas. And Fry's, of course.

The silver otaku is actually a couple blocks from my house! I walked in there once, but I noticed the lucky star posters on the walls, and the naruto/bleach dolls, so I just turned around and walked out =_=' Not to mention, my mom went in there and bought me a random manga for christmas. She must not have looked inside it very well, it was an old hentai book (tentacles and stuff)
