minekura also has something else called Wild Adapter, and all i know about wild adapter is the art and minekura's art always rocks!!!

BTW Reload 3 came out on the 28th and it is really good! The demon Sanzo episode was a RIOT!!! Not to mention it shows the Sanzo party in a sauna (towels only, *wicked grin*), and in these cute little blue short/shirt combos. I definately have to make some animated gifs out of some of those scenes! WOO HOO!

Yeah, I miss all our favorite voice actors as well. I would have loved to have seen the episode about Sanzo and the kitten with their voices. OMG that would have been great!

lol, yes, my sister is like that except her hair length is only just beyond mid back. her hairs this dark strawberry blond and is as thick as... well it's REALLY thick. ^^; soooooo much hair and she never does anything with it, and when i suggest something i'm afraid i'm in danger of losing a limb... :shock:

It shouldn't take too long...remember when I trimmed yours before? It took so long because I had itty bitty scissors. Or I could do it for you again...like on the Saiyuki Urasai! :twisted: J/K OI!!! The one I posted with hakkai's hand over his mouth so he doesn't use his scripture on a human? hehe...
If you right click on the image and choose "save image as..." it will save to your computer.
Hopefully I'll have the time to make some more over the next few weeks. I want to make one with Sanzo and the kitten, and perhaps Gojyo washing up in the shower... that would be a fun one!

i love that episode sanzo talks to the monkeys...well sorta..they kinda understand him..its like the whole bear thing when he was little so yea...but its funny when he starts to summon his scripture...i just loved that episode specially the whole ordeal with the monkey wine...

Hakkai is an excellent cook too! I remember the episode where that girl cooked so horribly (not giving away the spoiler) they used her meat buns to drive away the demons. Hakkai went all out trying to teach her how to cook. Didn't know Hakkai was so talented! =^.^=

You can get nori seaweed in most grocery stores too, you just end up paying a bit more than going to uwajimaya. I just started making sushi at home a few weeks ago. Made the rice in my rice cooker, seasoned it to sushi rice (rice wine vinager, etc..) rolled it out onto the nori and added smoked salmon and cucumber, then rolled it up. Was Yummy!! Served it up with some Edamame and chowed down! ^.^
Oops, and did I mention Plum Wine? I cannot live without plum wine.

I switched the words around from the original. The original one (not sure where it came from) had the works "gun kink" at the end that I took out because it sounded too funky, and had Goku as "hard" and Sanzo as "soft". So I took it into Image Ready and gave Goku the word "soft" and Sanzo the word "hard" because it just.. um.. fit better.

simple enough...I just patted them together like in anime...I made too many though and not enough of my family wanted any (they're not fans of seaweed ^^; ) so I ended up eating most of 'em by myself...though i ended up still throwing away a few...my dogs don't like seaweed either... -_-;;

If you don't have the equipment to make sushi, onigiri is pretty much the same but easier to shape.
Here's a quick recipe of the kind I make:
Ingrediants:
* Japanese-style rice. I use Calrose brand. Each onigiri requires about a cup of cooked rice.
* Nori seaweed (used to wrap around the base when you're done, sort of to hold it so you don't get your fingers all sticky. The pre-perforated kind is easy to use.)
* Salt
* Soy sauce
* Fillings. I use bonito flakes (aka dried tuna shavings) just moistened with soy sauce or plum sauce, and flaked cooked salted salmon (you can buy the salmon in the meat department of fred meyers and probably other stores, pre-packaged in an air-tight pack.
--- Cook the rice and let it cool enough to touch it without burning your hands. (Sometimes I add some soy to the rice. Sometimes I don't depends on the flavor I want.)
--- Flake the salmon in a bowl (or pour a little plum sauce onto a small bowl of bonito flakes depending on which one you're making)
--- Keep a bowl next to you of cold, lightly salted water. One big enough to dunk your hands in.
--- Once the rice has cooled enough to touch (you want it still very warm though) dip your hands into the bowl of water and then grab some of the rice. Press it into the palm of your hand and make a little indentation in the middle to hold the filling.
--- spoon some of your filling into the middle of the rice in your hand, and then put a little more rice over the "hole". Then shape the rice into a ball or triangle around your filling. (A variation of this that I do sometimes with the soy sauce rice and the salmon is just to mix it all together and shape that rice mix into a triangle - super easy and very yummy!)
--- when your rice ball/triangle is done being shaped, take a strip of nori seaweed and wrap it around the shape either all the way around, or halfway. Whatever your preference.
--- Then after placing it on a plate, dunk your hands again in the cold salted water and repeat!

Oh and I forgot to mention the key to good japanese rice is rinsing the rice before you cook it. You basically put your rice in a bowl or pot, fill it half way with water, swish it around and drain it. You do this repeatedly until the water is almost clear. Then you let the rice sit for about 20 minutes.
Then you cook it.

ok, I just remembered I have a very important question for ya...
Since my hubby and I started watching Saiyuki together years ago I've given him the name Ha-San-Go for reasons I won't go into here ^.^; Now while he is half japanese, he doesn't speak japanese fluently and while we think that pet name Ha-San-Go doesn't mean anything odd. We get an 'edge' from the Ha part, and cutting for the San part, and 'honorable' for the Go part some maybe something like honrable cutting edge but not in that order. I just want to make sure it doesn't mean anything like "runs with pants down" when it's all pout together. If it means nonesense, that's ok too, just go long as the combo doesn't mean something bad LOL!

Depending on the kind of "useless" you're refering to....
Muyou - useless, unnecessary, needless
Muri - useless, impossible, unreasonable
Dame - It's useless, Not a chance, No way
Only thing I can think of for the -tta part is he's saying it in a (casual) past-tense speaking style. If it were only casual past-tense, it'd probably be Dame datta. Speaking style in Japanese usually shortens words and drops a couple of characters, in this case the "da". So I guess in this case he's saying something like "No way (it could have happened)."

Well basically american and japanese.....but I think my dad is spanish and irish so yeah....but I basically look asian....my mom was full Japanese and then my dad was irish and spanish...so that 100% and then 50%+50%..so I'm more Japanese I think ...and I'm really bad at percentages...>.< Aggh I'm getting confused....been a while since I did percentages...so i don't know what fraction I am unless I did fractions then percentages....and ahh I'm talking too much >.<

i hear you T_T just 5 min. in the sun, and i got a noticable tanline you can see from far away >_< i always gotta stay in the shade ^_^ its not that bad i guess ... compared to soupisgreen that is.....he doesn't tan, she just turns red ^o^

Not really.
The ramen I had over in Japan had a lot of stuff in it (or at least I thought). There was sometimes pork or beef, sprouts, sliced carrots, a little bit of lettuce or cabbage (one of the two), the seasonings, naruto (the swirly fish paste things), and I think one or two more small things were in it.
