Title: Which series would you buy fanart of?
Post by: Felix on November 23, 2009, 01:39:37 am: I will be selling buttons and possibly bookmarks at k-con. I would like to know what people would most like to see. I listed some suggestions in the poll; if you don't see anything you like, tell me what you would prefer. I will take what you say here into consideration when I'm deciding what to draw.

It would have to be Zoids Genesis art tho.

But for me, I would love a wall scroll or somthing from the anime: Magical Girl Nanoha StrikerS.

Damn you guys...Seriously. This is why all the good Vocaloid stuff is gone the second I get my foot in the door! It took me THREE conventions to finally get my hands on ANYTHING Vocaloid! The first two were at AX so that gives you an idea of how frustrating this is. x_X

******(censored for valuable access :)) had the only fun dealer hall where I could get everything that I wanted and they actually had Vocaloid stuff. How I ever managed to get two Vocaloid related posters and mangas within the same hour is far beyond me. They had some copies but they were all gone after the second morning. I have to hunt down scans and pile digital archives of manga on my master rack server just because the insane popularity makes it so difficult to get ahold of any of it. God forbid I ever face the dumb situation where all that's left is a copy of something I already have. Oh no, people are to crazy to let that even happen! o_O

Vocaloid is pretty much my #1. Kuroshitsuji, Touhou, Evangelion and Suzumiya Haruhi are also interesting. Mario has a special place in my heart so I usually get a poster or three. There are times when random fantasy art impresses me way more than the mainstream stuff because of artist style. Out of 18 posters in my room, 5 of them are random fantasy. For years I've tried to get my hands on Street Fighter and Castlevania manga and it is flat out impossible, so I don't even try anymore. If I see anything of this nature when flipping through a big pile of manga, I will freak the **** out(and probably die of a heart attack. x_X'). I'm going to focus on Final Fantasy and Angel Beats manga during Sakuracon and see if I can find something my friends will like. Also, for some reason I hate Bleach manga. Don't ask me why. :-\
