so what  do you have in mind i thinking set up at Asia garden restaurant but i am open to idea i would like have set so tank could come to it.I like to do it on sunday the 21st what do people think of that idea.  Or that 18th i think Friday party would be better so people can sleep in next day well let see what u have plan we go from thier thx aging for hosting hawkeye

I would also like to extend this party to any potential 2010 recruits, that way it gives them a chance to get to know us.  Any objections?

Alright, so Jebus just called me saying his internet is down for some reason and I am to take over planning this u.u
Hawkeye (hehe just finished watching MASH), we were thinking this friday. So i'd like to get in contact with you a bit more, and prolly have you contact Juvae as well (I have his phone #)

And I have no objections to extending this to new recruits, I think it'd be a good idea for them to have as many opportunities to meet the rest of the Yoji staff as possible. The more everyone knows each other the smoother things *should* go at con! Only problem I have is if the new recruits end up being like the 20~ people who showed up last year but didn't work -.-

All of this years Yoji are invited, and if you want to bring potential recruits, go for it. He also wanted me to invite any directors, and higher ups if they want.

Feel free to post a quick 'See ya there' if you plan on coming so we can get a headcount, and be ready.
