Title: Randomness of the Internet

I went to it last year because it was before midnight(at least part of it, I believe... I think. xD). Now I see it is much larger but starts at midnight and is during the dance. That means minors can't attend this time, right?

Right.  Curfew for minors is at midnight, so they won't be able to attend this panel.
