I was just wonderin how many people actually cosplay there...like what percent?

I'm thinking if i should or not...i don't want to draw attention to myself lol

Alot of people do actually. Don't worry about drawing attention to yourself, people are bound to find your costume charming! ^^

okay get this i went to the first kumoricon dressed as a (ready?) a pikachu, as it sounds but it was find and i had a lot of fun kumoricon people are fun and nice (most)  and there were more people in costume of some sort then not
