Title: Pre-Registration Question..?

I'm really sorry if this has been asked before, or if this isn't allowed here, but I don't know where else to ask and I haven't seen it asked anywhere else... Last year, there was a date before the con when people who pre-registered could get their grab bags early so that they wouldn't have to wait in any lines at the con... When is this day coming up, and where is it going to be?

I have a feeling that it is going to be right before the con, but times and a location would be really nice to know. D:
